Organizers said there were 260-some motorcycles and 360-some riders, as some bikes had two people on them. Barb Busko, the organizer of the event and leader of the AWL, said more than a 100 door prizes were handed out. The crowd was nice, the weather was excellent and the food was good. This was the eighth annual motorcycle run. It was called "The Long and Short of it" and began and ended at DiVieste's Banquet Hall on North River Road. It was unique in that it included the longest and shortest covered bridges in Ashtabula County. In addition to the door prizes, a 50-50 raffle was held as well as a Chinese auction.
