| | Jackson returnsOctober 11, 2012 - Mike McLainBEREA -- Browns linebacker D'Qwell Jackson returned to practice Thursday after sitting out Wednesday as he recovered from a concussion. Jackson was hurt in the second quarter of the 41-27 loss to the New York Giants. His absence paved the way for a 200-yard rushing performance by running back Ahmad Bradshaw. Jackson didn't practice Wednesday. At the time coach Pat Shurmur indicated that there was a possibility that Jackson would play Sunday. There news wasn't as promising for other injured players. Missing practice were receivers Travis Benjamin, Mohamed Massaquoi and Jordan Norwood; defensive back Tashaun Gipson and defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin.
