Country lineups expand at Blossom, Star Lake

Those Megaticket season packages at the area’s two outdoor amphitheaters are getting more Mega for 2013.

In the past, the country music season tickets have been good for around five shows each summer. This year the Baierl Subaru 2013 Country Megaticket for First Niagara Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pa., includes eight concerts and the Carhartt 2013 Country Megaticket for Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls includes nine attractions.

The Star Lake lineup includes:

Saturday, June 1 - Brad Paisley with Chris Young and Lee Brice

Saturday, June 15 – Toby Keith with Kip Moore

Friday, Aug. 2 - Blake Shelton with Easton Corbin and Jana Kramer

Friday, Aug. 16 - Jason Aldean with Jake Owen and Thomas Rhett

Friday, Sept. 6 – Rascal Flatts with The Band Perry

Friday, Sept. 13 - Keith Urban with Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch

Saturday, Sept. 28 - Luke Bryan with Thompson Square and Florida Georgia Line

Platinum ticket packages (reserved lower pavilion seating, VIP parking) are $799. Gold packages (reserved covered upper pavilion seating, general parking) are $599. Bronze packages (reserved uncovered upper pavilion seating, general parking) are $399. And Lawn packages (general admission lawn, general parking) are $199.

Platinum ticket packages (reserved lower pavilion seating, VIP parking) are $895. Silver packages (reserved covered upper pavilion seating, general parking) are $695. Bronze packages (reserved uncovered upper pavilion seating, general parking) are $475. And Lawn packages (general admission lawn, general parking) are $215.

Megatickets at both venues go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, exclusively through www.megaticket.com. However, a presale for past Megaticket buyers starts on Tuesday, Jan. 22.
