Between the drilling, workover, and putting into production, a dozen crews with hundreds of people will come to the well. Look aroung, there are literally dozens of companies taking up space in old buildings in the valley. They bring in their crews and start to hire locally immediately. There are jobs now for those who are able to pass the drug tests.

It doesn't take many workers to operate a drilling rig to begin with. We are lead to believe that more wells bring more jobs. So, we need a mega amount of wells to get the promised mega amount of jobs. So, how may wells must we have? Too many ....
