MARCH FOR MEALS SEEKS WALKERS: Trumbull Mobile Meals will hold its annual March for Meals walk on March 10 at the Eastwood Mall. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. with the walk from 8 to 9:15 a.m. Each walker is asked to get a minimum of $5 in sponsorship donations. Entry for the walk is at the main mall entrance near the Subway Restaurant. Top money raisers receive Eastwood Mall gift cards. There will be door prizes. GIRL SCOUT CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION SET: A Girl Scouts' Centennial Celebration will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 10 at the Great Lakes Science Center. There will be a celebration at exactly 3:12 p.m. to commemorate the 100th anniversary. In addition to the birthday celebration, there will be an interactive NASA exhibit, robotics demonstrations and challenges and more than 450 hands-on attractions.
Girl Scout alumnae and adult members are invited to a reunion on the Promenade Level from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free for any Girl Scout member or alumnae wearing scout attire, such as a pin, sash, scarf, or T-shirt. Family members and others will receive a $2 off general admission price.
