MAPLEWOOD 9, LEDGEMONT 2: THOMPSON - Michael Palm, Nathan Spitler and Justin Gardner each had two RBIs to lead Maplewood. Kevin Jones had three hits for the Rockets (6-3). Joe Larosa had a pair of hits for Ledgemont (6-2).
SOUTH RANGE 9, MINERAL RIDGE 2: MINERAL RIDGE - South Range took advantage of 12 errors by Mineral Ridge. Tom Delullo had two RBIs for the Raiders (6-3, 4-0). Dino Digacomo struck out six for the Rams (5-4, 4-2).
McDONALD 14, LOWELLVILLE 6: LOWELLVILLE - Mike Raschilla and Cameron Ifft drove in three runs for McDonald. Jeff Walp had two RBIs for the Blue Devils (7-2, 3-0). Joey Smith had a pair of hits for Lowellville (5-4, 2-3).
GRAND VALLEY 15, PYMATUNING VALLEY 0: ANDOVER - Mitchell Lake hit a three-run home run and finished with four RBIs for Grand Valley. Jeromy Rockafellow also had four RBIs for the Mustangs (6-0, 5-0), and Stanley Sirrine and Kyle Orgovan each drove in two.
HARDING 10, SHAW 0: EAST CLEVELAND - Mike Gadzalski had three RBIs and Kyle Cigley drove in two to lead Harding. Tommy Perry pitched a one-hitter with 10 strikeouts for the Raiders (4-2).
MATHEWS 12, BADGER 2: KINSMAN - Jeremy Fumerola had three RBIs, while Andy Morgan added two as the Mustangs beat the Braves in five innings. Aaron Suchanek earned the win for Mathews (6-4, 4-2 Northeastern Athletic Conference). Matt Kraml drove in the two runs for Badger (1-7, 1-4). Today, Badger hosts Pymatuning Valley starting at 4:30 p.m.

SHERMAN, W.VA. 12, FITCH 10: AUSTINTOWN - Christine Holmes, Sam Mehle and Alex Corradi each had two RBIs but Fitch (5-5) was defeated. Tori May won the game on the mound and added a triple for Sherman.
MINERAL RIDGE 4, ST. MARY'S CENTRAL CATHOLIC 0: MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Leading 2-0, Caitlin Smith had a two-run single in the seventh inning to clinch Mineral Ridge's victory. Meghan Garland struck out 13 for the Rams (7-4).
LORDSTOWN 17, BLOOMFIELD 0: LORDSTOWN - Hailey Toporcer pitched a no-hitter with seven strikeouts for Lordstown. Ally Hajnosz, Daisy Free and Melody Taylor each had two RBIs for the Red Devils (5-4).
BRISTOL 6, SOUTHINGTON 5: SOUTHINGTON - Katie Patchin struck out six and added a pair of RBIs to lead Bristol. Megan Adams and Lauren Elza each knocked in a pair of runs for the Panthers. Amber Dietz had 12 strikeouts and two RBIs for Southington (1-5).
GARFIELD 5, MOGADORE 0: MOGADORE - Leanne Schaffer pitched a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts to earn her third consecutive shut out. Emily Rybak had two hits and a pair of RBIs and Katie Kaiser had four hits for the G-Men (4-3, 3-0).
MATHEWS 14, BADGER 3: KINSMAN - Jessica Marsico struck out five batters, and also hit a double and a single to help her own cause. She was helped by Maddy Williams, who hit a triple, a single, and collected four RBIs. Holly Shreves hit a home run and knocked in two runs. Anna Zidar had two hits for Badger.
MAPLEWOOD 9, LEDGEMONT 1: THOMPSON - Brooke Dawson struck out 12 batters, and helped her own cause with a single and a triple. Taylor Lewis collected three hits and three RBIs, while Kayla Bedlion hit two doubles and a single for Maplewood.
HUBBARD 13, BEAVER LOCAL: LISBON - Hubbard shortstop Taylor Bargon snagged a soft linedrive up the middle with runners on first and second in the second inning, and igniged a triple play. Julia Clemente struck out eight batters and only issued one walk to get the win. She helped her cause by hitting a double, a single, and collecting two RBI.
PALM BEACH GARDENS 2, POLAND 0: PALM BEACH - For five and a half innings, Poland battled ESPN's second-ranked high school team in the country in a scoreless tie. The Bulldogs' Jenna Modic locked down Palm Beach Gardens, which manufactured two runs in the bottom of the sixth. Palm Beach Gardens' Shelby Turner improved to 21-0 on the season. Poland will play American Heritage Thursday in Plantation, Fla. This game is on the heels of Monday's 2-1 victory over American Heritage Del Ray in 16 innings where University of Tennessee recruit Erin Gabriel struck out 34.
