WARREN - Hayleigh Grace Shelko-Howley died on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
She was born on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, the daughter of Kayla Maria Shelko and Jeremiah Edward Howley of Warren.
Survivors include her grandparents, Stephanie (Terry Blinsky) Shelko of Warren, Leann (Glenn Mulhollen) Prusky of Warren and Thomas Howley of Girard; great-grandparents, Ethel Mahan of Vienna, John Bidinotto of Bristol, Dorothy Logston of Warren, Delores Doss of Girard, and Nancy and Frank Howley of Berlin Center; great-great-grandmother, Dorothy Yoder of Warren; aunts and uncles, Emily Shelko of Warren, John and Samantha Bidinotto of Mecca, Jessica Shelko of Girard, John and McKayla Logston of Niles, Jennifer and Vincent McCabe of Warren, Krysta Simpson of Boardman, Thomas Howley of Howland, Jessie Howley of Warren, Joshua Howley of Warren, Daniel Zawicki of Warren and Megan and Robert Brinsky of Warren; and nine cousins.

She is preceded in death by a great-grandpa, Frank Prusky.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Crown Hill Burial Park, 3966 Warren Sharon Road, Vienna, with Pastor Gary Gill officiating.
