PEACE AWARD BANQUET SET: The Mahoning Valley Task Force on Crime and Violence Prevention's 16th annual Peace Award banquet will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at Mount Carmel Parish Hall, 343 Via Mount Carmel, Youngstown. The theme is "Recognizing and Promoting Cross-County Efforts in the Valley." Keynote speaker is Stephen Schumaker, deputy attorney general for law enforcement, who oversees the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and also the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy.
