WARREN - Cory Alexander Blackwell, 25, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 10, 1987, in Warren, the son of Charles Edward and Lillian Blackwell Carr.
He is survived by his mother, Lillian Blackwell-Carr of Warren; his children, Za'Marionna Gore, Antonio Appleberry, Nevaeh Blackwell, Dynisty Blackwell, Ricardo Stowers, Seantrelle Clevenland, Aaliyah Frazier and Za'Myiah Gore; his siblings, LaToya Gore of Campbell, Maya Blackwell, Tenesha Blackwell, Ticarra Blackwell, Katrina Carr, Michelle Blackwell, Tamara Blackwell, Anton Blackwell, Michael Blackwell and Anthony Blackwell, all of Warren; half-brothers, Marcus Honzu, Sultahn Honzu and Phillip Honzu, all of Warren; and his grandmother, Mary Carr of Mississippi.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
A home-going celebration was held, and burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
