HUBBARD - Brenda Vance Garltic, 51, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at her home.
She was born Jan. 19, 1961, in Santurce, Puerto Rico, a daughter of William and Maria A. Nunez Izzo.
She was a surgical technologist at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include her parents of Hubbard; a son, Ben W. Garltic of Hubbard; a sister, Lisa Oswalt of Jackson, Miss.; and a brother, Brian William Izzo of Tampa, Fla.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
