LIBERTY - Laura C. Barney, 69, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, a St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Laura was born Aug. 19, 1943, in Youngstown, the daughter of Wilbur and Della Ruppert Waltman.
She was a member of Resurrection Life Tabernacle Church of Austintown.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph M. Barney, and a brother, Wilbur Waltman of Girard.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home in Hubbard, where services will be 7 p.m. today.
Burial will be at North Jackson Cemetery.
