CHAMPION - Susan P. Jaskowick, 53, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Health Center following complications due to a stroke.
She was born Jan. 9, 1960, in Akron, the daughter of Robert E. and Sheila Barker.
Susan was a 1978 graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School. She was a sales representative in the bearing industry for 25 years, was self-employed and a family caregiver.

Susan was of the Catholic faith and an active member of AA.
Her hobbies included gardening and computer games, and she was the lighting technician for the band Wet Lemon.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Jaskowick; a son, David A. (Joanna) Jaskowick of Champion; her mother; and siblings, Michael (Theresa) Baker of Newton Falls, Stephen Baker of Navarre, Fla., Kathleen (Scott) Perry of Westerville, Sister Deborah Barker, H.M., of Parma; Colleen (Michael) Williamson of Independence, and Maureen (William) Shreves and Nancy Barker, both of Vienna.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Cynthia Barker.
Friends and family may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Thomas Eisweirth and co-celebrant Pastor Kenneth Hopkins Jr. officiating.
