Boardman senior Joe Cordova placed second in the 182-pound weight class at the Top Gun Tournament, and Poland's Mike Audi also was runner-up. Audi, a junior, wrestled in the 170-pound weight class.
Cordova was pinned by Nate Hall of Olentangy, while Audi lost, 2-0, to Matt Dennis of Claymont.
Nick Mancini, 120 pounds, finished third for Boardman, which placed 13th out of 44 teams.
Austintown Fitch's Zach Mackall placed fifth at 145 pounds. Tyler Bell, 285, finished seventh for the Falcons.
Brandon James of Southeast came in third at 170 pounds.
