YOUNGSTOWN -- The Catholic Diocese of Youngstown is considering building a new Cardinal Mooney High School outside of the city, Tribune Chronicle news partner WYTV Channel 33 announced this afternoon.
A $25 million school could be built along the Poland-Boardman-Canfield corridor, according to WYTV.
