PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - Barbara Ann Fergus Hake, 76, passed away Monday, Jan. 21, 2013.
Barbara was born Nov. 16, 1936, in Youngstown, the daughter of Alexander and Barbara T. Fergus, and grew up in Girard.
A graduate of Girard High School, she worked as a bookkeeper at Youngstown Steel and Door and Youngstown Ice and Fuel. Barbara and Jack moved to Port Charlotte in 1975.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jack O. Hake; her daughter, Kimberly; her son-in-law, Brian; her grandchildren, Mikayla, Alec and Brennan; her sister, Eleanor Ramson of Boardman; her niece, Sandra (Jim) Ramson Milligan of Boardman; her grandniece, Ashley; and her grandnephew, Matthew.
Barbara was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was inseparable from her husband and relished every milestone in her daughter's and grandchildren's lives, and cherished every day she spent with them.
