GIRARD - Catherine Secola, 88, died at home Friday, Jan. 25, 2013.
Catherine was born March 5, 1924 in Girard, the daughter of Antonia and Rose Colapietro Vesco.
She had worked at the G.E. Glass Plant in Niles.
She is survived by a son, Peter Secola of Tampa, Fla.; four sisters, Josephine Sgambati, Mary Sentich, Helen Hoza and Barbara Kuzman; one granddaughter; and four great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, Peter Secola, she was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
There will be a memorial service at 6 p.m. Thursday at McClurkin Funeral Home in Girard.
