NEW MIDDLETOWN - Odessa Ann Stacy Marshall, 86, of Warren, passed away on Sunday morning, Jan. 27, 2013, at Masternick Memorial Health Care Center in New Middletown following complications from a recent stroke.
She was born June 6, 1926, in Boardman, the daughter of the late Ensign Stacy and Mary Ann Ledyard Stacy.
Odessa was a 1944 graduate of Boardman High School and attended Youngstown College.

Marshall
She married Robert Marshall on May 22, 1948. They were married for 54 years before his passing on March 23, 2003. The couple made their home in Newton Falls until they moved to Warren in 1958.
Odessa worked at Trumbull Savings and Loan in Warren for more than 30 years until her retirement in 1989.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Warren and treasurer of the Willing Workers Sunday school class. She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and an avid fan of both Ohio State and the Warren G. Harding Raiders.
Odessa leaves to mourn her passing three sisters-in-law, Beatrice Lamport of Newton Falls, Marty Marshall of Kapalua, Hawaii, and Dorothy Marshall of Las Vegas; four nephews; three nieces; nine great-nephews and -nieces; and seven great-great-nephews and -nieces.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at James Funeral Home in Newton Falls and one hour before the 11 a.m. service honoring her death on Friday at Grace United Methodist Church in Warren. Pastor Reid Lamport and the Rev. Glenn Hamilton will be officiating the service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Ivan and Howard Stacy; her husband, Robert Marshall; and her sons, Gary and Robbie Marshall.
Odessa will be laid to rest next to her husband at Newton Falls Cemetery.
