WARREN - Joyce E. Lehto, 77, died at 6:27 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Health Center Boardman Campus.
She was born July 23, 1935, in Warren, the daughter of the late Cledith and Myra M. Ong Abbott.
Joyce was a 1953 graduate of Leavittsburg High School and worked at both GE Ohio Lamp and Packard Electric as an assembler.

Mrs. Lehto was a member of the Lordstown Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoyed golfing and swimming, working in her yard and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, George W. Lehto Jr. of Warren; stepson, William (Lynn) Lehto of BelAire, Md.; two daughters, Cindy (Terry) Morgan of North Canton and Heidi (Greg) DeNiro of Youngstown; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one brother, Donald Abbott of Champion.
Other than her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Lehto Sr. on May 10, 2000; they were united in marriage on Oct. 6, 1954.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Lordstown Evangelical Lutheran Church, where Pastor Joyce Taipale will celebrate Joyce's life. Family and friends may visit at the church one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Lehto will be laid to rest next to her husband, George, in the Pine Knoll Cemetery, Warren Township.
The family requests that material contributions be made to the church at 5615 Palmyra Road, Warren, 44481, in her memory.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
