YOUNGSTOWN -- Police seized three semiautomatic handguns in two incidents over the weekend.
Dwalyn Nadal, 27, was arrested about 2:45 p.m. Sunday on drug and weapons charges on a front porch on Summer Street with a .40- caliber handgun and 10 bags of marijuana.
About 3 p.m. Saturday Rodney Smith Jr., 23, was arrested at a 573 E. Avondale Ave. home on domestic violence charges. A search of his home turned up two 9mm handguns, eight bags of heroin and some marijuana.
He faces additional drug and weapons charges.
