YOUNGSTOWN - A man accused of killing his uncle early Tuesday morning was arrested today in Akron.
Police said Emmett Perkins IV, 25, was arrested without incident. He is wanted for the murder of 28-year-old Frank Whitted inside a West Princeton Avenue home about 1:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Witnesses told police Perkins and Whitted were arguing before they heard a gunshot and Perkins said he shot his uncle. He then ran out of the house.
