NILES - Sarah Ann Hutchins, 62, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren following an extended illness.
She was born on May 1, 1950, in Akron, the daughter of Paul Bowers and Annie Irene Cutlip Bowers.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Stone and Tammy File, both of Niles; a son, John Hutchins of Mineral Ridge; seven grandchildren and many brothers and sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny D. Hutchins.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Mecca Community Church. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Shafer-Winans Chapel in Cortland.
