YOUNGSTOWN - The formation of a group promoting downtown businesses was announced this morning.
The Downtown Business Alliance of Youngstown will serve as a conduit between downtown businesses and city government, said one of its members, Richard Hahn.
At a news conference at the V2 Wine Bar Trattoria on West Federal and Hazel streets. Hahn said the alliance was formed after a forum for downtown business owners last year who listed their questions about the future of downtown and how they can help the city improve it.
