YOUNGSTOWN The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has ruled that the 91-year-old Austintown man found Friday outside his car on Salt Springs Road died from a heart attack.
James LaRubbio's body was found outside the Exterran Energy building by a Youngtown police officer on patrol.
Austintown police had filed a missing persons report on him earlier in the week.
The coroner's office ruled he died from an ``acute coronary attack'' after a car accident and that he did not freeze as investigators initially speculated.
An autopsy done today also ruled out that he was a victim of violence or that he died as a result of the crash.
Toxicology results are pending, the coroner's office said.
