NILES - Rose M. Pivovar, 94, passed away at 10:15 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at her daughter's residence in Poland following a short illness.
Rose was born Nov. 18, 1918, in Oakdale, Pa., the daughter of Joseph and Mary Fodse Sinciline.
Rose retired from the Niles City school system as a school bus driver. She was a member of St. Stephen Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Janet Kristoff of Farmington, Mich., Diana Pivovar of Mayer, Ariz., and Sandra Romanko of Poland; two sisters, Pam Vetovich of Columbus and Mary Tournay of the Villages, Fla.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Frank A. Pivovar, four sisters and three brothers.
Friends may call from 10 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Niles, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at noon at St. Stephen Church.
Burial will be in Greenhaven Memorial Park, Canfield.
