WARREN - Trumbull County commissioners today approved a 2013 budget that is about $1.3 million more than last year.
The $43 million budget includes between $850,000 and $900,000 for anticipated increases for employee health insurance and another $300,000 more for building improvements, new vehicles and some deferred maintenance, said county Auditor Adrian Biviano.
The county finished 2012 with a budget of slight more than $42 million.
