YOUNGSTOWN - The Mahoning County Coroner's office has identified a skull found on the East Side Feb. 16 as that of David Allen Jackson.
Jackson was able to be identified through dental records, said Dr. Joseph Ohr, a forensic pathologist for the coroner's office.
Jackson, 26, has been missing since November. His skull and other bones were found in a heavily wooded area near Vaughn Street.
