BOARDMAN U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Niles, said this afternoon that he would announce within days whether he will run for Ohio governor.
Ryan was speaking at the Ohio Oil & Gas Association panel discussion on drilling held at Mr. Anthony's Banquet Center.
