AUSTINTOWN - Dennis R. Virgallito, 52, passed away Saturday morning, March 9, 2013, at his home.
Dennis was born Aug. 24, 1960, in Youngstown, to Joseph Virgallito and Rose DoCampo Colbert.
He was a 1978 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Dennis was a member of the San Felipe Club and volunteered his time at the Mount Carmel Church's Italian festival in Niles. He also did mission work several times with the Door of Faith Orphanage in Mexico.
Dennis is survived by a daughter, Brittany Virgallito; a son, Brandon Virgallito; his mother, Rose Colbert of Austintown, with whom he made his home; a brother, Steven (Jennie) Virgallito of Austintown; a niece, Stephanie Virgallito; a nephew, Joseph Virgallito, three stepsisters; and three stepbrothers.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Virgallito, and stepfather, Walter Colbert.
Immediate family will gather at 3 p.m. and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday
