HUBBARD -- Police did not find the car matching the one sought in connection to a statewide AMBER alert in West Virginia. The car was reported seen heading south on Route 7 in Hubbard around 4 a.m.
Police are searching for a tan 2003 Ford Taurus sedan with West Virginia license plate 2LW179.
The statewide AMBER Alert was issued for 16-year-old Shaina Nicole Tenney and her 7-month-old daughter Grace Hope Tenney. They were last seen at a residence in Rock Cave, Upshur County, West Virginia and are believed to be in extreme danger.

West Virginia State Troopers say the suspect is 57-year-old Margel Tenney, Shaina's step-father. Margel Tenney has blue eyes and weights approximately 185 pounds.
Shaina Nicole Tenney is a white female, 5-feet, 2-inches tall, 225 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing black stretch pants, a grey shirt, white tennis shoes and a black or grey hoodie.
Grace Hope Tenney is a white female about 2-feet, 4-inches tall, 19 pounds with black hair and blue eyes.
Reports said Margel Tenney may head to Texas. Troopers said a vehicle matching the description was reported crossing into Ohio on Interstate 77 around 9 p.m. Tuesday, but another report of a vehicle match was made in Hubbard about seven hours later.
Troopers say Margel Tenney is under investigated for sexual abuse against Shaina.
A male named James Tenney may also be in the vehicle, troopers said.
Troopers said they interviewed Margel Tenney in Buckhannon, W.Va., Tuesday. While they interviewed another family member, troopers said, Tenney left for his home in Kanawah Head, W.Va., and abducted Shania and Grace.
Troopers believe Margel Tenney then traveled to Webster County, W.Va., to pick up James Tenney.

Margel Tenney was the subject of a sexual abuse by parent or guardian on the above named date. During an interview of another family member at the WVSP Buckhannon Detachment the Margel Tenney subject left the office and went to his residence in Kanawha Head, WV. While there, Margel Tenney abducted his sixteen (16) year old step-daughter (Shaina Tenney) and Shaina's seven (7) month old daughter (Grace Hope Tenney).
From that point, Mr. Tenney then traveled to Webster County and picked up a James Tenney. Sometime after that, Mr. Tenney traveled with the three (3) passengers to a gas station in Belington and traded his red Dodge Dually for a 2003 Tan Ford Focus bearing WV registration 2LW179. Mr. Tenney advised someone at this location he was then headed to the state of Texas. A definite destination of travel is unknown at this time.
