YOUNGSTOWN - Bond has been revoked for a man accused of killing the teenage son of his girlfriend.
Zaryl Bush, 43, of Creed Street in Struthers, is accused of killing his girlfriend's 14-year-old son, Teddy Foltz, who died of severe head trauma Jan. 26. He was in the Mahoning County Jail on $1 million bond and was to have a hearing before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum on his bond, but attorneys on both sides agreed he should be held without bond.
Police say he beat and terrorized the boy and his brothers.
Foltz's mother, Shain Widdersheim, 32, also of Creed Street, was also arrested for failing to stop the abuse and for hindering the investigation. She is in the jail om $200,000 bond.
