CLARKSBURG, W.Va. - Shaina Darlene Criss, 21, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013.
She was born July 2, 1992, in Clarksburg, the daughter of Raymond Leroy Davis and Melissa Dawn Criss Davis.
Shaina was a graduate of Girard High School and was baptized at Horizon's Church in Lost Creek, W.Va.. She was a cheerleader for her school and she enjoyed music.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Isaiah Criss at home; her brother, R.J. Davis, also at home; maternal grandparents, Robert M. and Debra Criss of Good Hope, W.Va.; her maternal grandparents, Toni and Bernard Marshall of Clarksburg; paternal grandmother, Sandra "Pudge" Davis of Warren; maternal great-grandmother, Maxine Criss Randolph of Salem; and paternal great-grandfather, Charles Markle of Warren.
Family and friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Ave., Bridgeport, W.Va., where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with Pastor Don Skidmore presiding. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Memorial Park, Salem.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Farmers National Bank, Girard, for her son Isaiah Criss' college fund.
