The Cleveland Indians just bought themselves a few days off.
The Tribe - on a 10-game winning streak - secured the No. 1 wild card spot by beating the Minnesota Twins this afternoon. Now they will play either the Tampa Bay Rays or the Texas Rangers at Progressive Field on Wednesday.
The Rangers defeated the Angels on Sunday, which forces a one-game playoff between the Rangers and the Rays to see who will face the Indians Wednesday night.
Cleveland finished the regular season with a record of 92-70.
