LIBERTY - There was a time when the Metroplex was bustling; there were periods of poker games, then there were a few lawsuits and now there is today - empty and on sale, the site is on the auction block once again.
Bids will start at $750,000 approximately $1.20 per square foot of land on Nov. 13.
"This is good, we were stuck there for about three years. It's a beautiful facility with so much potential right by the interstate," said township administrator Pat Ungaro.
