NEWTON FALLS -- The village man arrested in a raid earlier today was being held at the Trumbull County Jail after police charged him with 10 felony counts of pandering obscenities involving a minor.
Bernard Stunteback, 35, at 329 E. Broad St., was arrested after Newton Falls police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation raided his home and confiscated several boxes of items and computers earlier in the day.
Stunteback was immediately taken to Newton Falls Municipal Court where the judge determined there was probable cause to hold him. His bond was set at $100,000. He is due to be arraigned in municipal court Thursday.
